Okay, I'm so excited because I just got my first chambray button up a few weeks ago. I found one at Old Navy and decided it was perfect; and it will look awesome with my red/orange shorts as well as my white ones. It's a great neutral piece that works with lots of colors which I love. I like versatile pieces that can be mixed with things I already have.
I've been eyeing these shoes for a while and decided to plan an outfit around them. And I'm totally in love with these pants. They are a bit too pricy for me, but maybe I can find a knock off pair somewhere.
Anyone who thinks chambray and orange doesn't look good together is crazy, am I right!!
How do YOU wear chambray?
What's YOUR favorite color to wear with it?
I'm linking up with the lovely {av} over at long distance loving for my Friday's Fancies. Check out some of the other great outfits fellow bloggers have put together. It's one of my favorite parts of the link up.
This weekend, Mr. H and I plan to pull a date out of our date jar. Actually I sort of chose it already and....we are headed to our local Farmer's Market Saturday to check out what yummy things we can find. I'm a big fruit lover and really would love to pick up some yummy berries. Mr. H and I will be spending lots of time together this weekend. Since we were gone last weekend, it's nice to not have an agenda this weekend.
Do YOU have anything fun planned this weekend?
Happy Friday FRIENDS!
I need to head to Old Navy to get a chambray top! The one I featured is from there. Great outfits!

What a fun post and I love love the outfits - especially that white shirt :) You are going to have to tell me how to make those pretty fashion boards and buttons - I need some graphic help :) I would wear a cute white tank and a scarf with chambray :) Also, your weekend sounds so fun - take photos! I am off to West Palm this weekend to see some friends :)
ReplyDeleteMy chambray shirt is one of my most favorite things to wear because it goes with so many things! When it's colder out, I like to layer it with a striped tee or a cardi. Have fun on your date to the Farmer's Market!

I am stupid. What is chambray? Is it that jean material? I am so not fashionable! damn! But I do like both those outfits above a lot, so I feel like you're onto something!
ReplyDeleteI love both of these looks! That tank in the first look and the chambray tank are such cool, summery pieces. Chambray with pink and orange is the perfect summer combination.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend, enjoy your farmer's market date. We're heading to Philly for a weekend with our families and the Phillies/Red Sox game!
I am always hesitant to buy chambray because I don't know what to pair it with but you have given me such gorgeous inspiration! What a great summer look! :)
ReplyDeleteI really love that first look! I am thinking I need that wedge immediately! xo
